  • We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 1500 within India.

  • For orders below INR 1500, a standard shipping fee of INR 50 will be applicable.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and may take 10-15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

4. Delivery Partners We partner with trusted courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship across India and selected international locations.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders only.

  • Certain remote or restricted areas may experience delays or may not be serviceable. You will be informed in such cases.

6. Undelivered Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or any other reason, we will contact you for re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For damaged items, kindly share photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

  • A replacement or refund will be processed as per our return policy.

8. International Customs and Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery.
